Our registration form is fairly easy to understand. The titles for the information required for registration have an asterisk (*) next to them and are in bold. The titles for optional information (not required for registration) are not bolded.
After typing in all your information, click the "Submit Registration" button at the bottom of the form. If you forgot to fill in some required information, an error message will appear explaining what information is missing. Simply fill in the information required and click "Submit Registration" again.
